1. 記録と写真について
品名、場所、日付、写真、発見者名、メモなどの記録は、端末内のアプリ専用領域に保存します。Bluearrowのサーバーへ送信しません。アカウント登録は不要です。
2. カメラと写真の利用
手配書に載せる写真を撮るときや、端末の写真を選ぶときに、OSのカメラや写真選択機能を利用します。写真は選んだ操作のために使用します。必要なアクセスを許可しない場合も、同梱のイメージで記録できます。
3. 共有画像
「共有する」を押すと、手配書の画像を、利用者が選んだアプリへ渡します。品名、写真、場所、ひとこと、特徴、終了記録などが画像に含まれる場合があります。発見者名は共有画像に含めません。写真は描き直して画像を作るため、元写真のEXIF情報は共有PNGに引き継ぎません。送信前にプレビューをご確認ください。
4. バックアップ
バックアップの書き出しでは、全記録と参照中の写真をZIPファイルにまとめます。発見者名とメモも含まれます。ZIPは暗号化されていません。元写真に位置などの付加情報があれば、バックアップにも含まれる場合があります。保存先や渡す相手にご注意ください。
アプリ独自の自動バックアップやクラウド同期はありません。ただし、端末の設定により、OSが提供するバックアップや機種変更時の転送にアプリのデータが含まれる場合があります。OSや保存先サービスでの取り扱いは、各提供者のポリシーをご確認ください。
5. 広告・解析・位置情報
広告、アクセス解析、クラッシュ報告の送信、位置情報の取得、トラッキングは行いません。広告SDKや解析SDKは使用していません。
6. 保存と削除
記録はアプリの編集画面から削除できます。端末のアプリデータを消去すると、アプリ内の記録は失われます。Bluearrowは記録を保管していないため、復元や代理での削除はできません。書き出したバックアップ、共有先の画像、OSのバックアップは、各保存先で別に管理・削除してください。
7. 外部サイトとお問い合わせ
外部サイトを開く場合は、ブラウザー等を利用します。お問い合わせを送信した場合は、差出人のメールアドレスとお問い合わせ内容を、返信と不具合対応のために取り扱います。記録や写真を自動添付することはありません。お問い合わせに不要な個人情報は記載しないでください。

8. 変更

1. Your records and photos
Item names, places, dates, photos, finder names and notes are stored in the app’s private storage on your device. They are not sent to a Bluearrow server. You do not need an account.
2. Camera and photo access
The app uses your operating system’s camera and photo selection features when you take or choose a photo for a poster. Photos are used for the action you choose. If you do not grant the requested access, you can still use the included illustrations.
3. Sharing images
When you tap Share, the app passes a poster image to the app you choose. The image may contain the item name, photo, place, message, description and case record. The finder’s name is excluded. The app redraws the image, so the original photo’s EXIF metadata is not carried over to the shared PNG. Check the preview before sharing.
4. Backups
Exporting a backup creates a ZIP file containing all records and referenced photos, including finder names and notes. The ZIP is not encrypted. Original photo metadata, such as location information, may remain in backup photos. Choose carefully where you save backups and who you share them with.
The app does not provide automatic backups or cloud sync. Depending on your device settings, your operating system may include app data in system backups or transfers to another device. The operating system and any storage services you choose have their own privacy policies.
5. Advertising, analytics and location
The app does not display ads, send analytics or crash reports, request device location, or track you. It does not include advertising or analytics SDKs.
6. Retention and deletion
You can delete a record from its editing screen. Clearing the app’s data removes its local records. Bluearrow does not keep your records and cannot restore or delete them on your behalf. Manage exported backups, shared images and system backups separately at each storage location.
7. External websites and contact
External websites open in a browser or another external app. If you contact us, we use your email address and message to reply and investigate issues. Your records and photos are not attached automatically. Please do not include personal information that is not needed for your inquiry.
