バックアップと機種変更
- 設定の「バックアップを書き出す」で、ZIPをアプリの外へ保存します。
- 新しい端末で「バックアップを読み込む」を選び、保存したZIPを開きます。
- 追加する件数を確認して「読み込む」を押します。
読み込みは記録を追加する方式です。同じIDの記録は追加せず、現在の内容を残します。古い内容へ上書きする復元ではありません。
ZIPは暗号化されておらず、写真・発見者名・メモを含みます。元写真のEXIF情報（位置情報など）が残る可能性もあるため、保存先や渡す相手にご注意ください。
アプリ独自のクラウド同期・自動バックアップはありません。OSのバックアップや機種変更時の転送に含まれるかどうかは、端末の設定にも依存します。
表示言語を変える
設定の「言語 / Language」で「端末に合わせる」「日本語」「English」を選べます。端末に合わせる場合は、優先言語が日本語なら日本語、それ以外は英語で表示します。保存済みの品名やメモは翻訳されません。
ログイン・サーバー・広告・アプリ内課金はありません。

1. このアプリでできること
失くし物を記録し、手配書の画像を作るためのアプリです。実際の紛失物の探索、位置の追跡、持ち主との仲介は行いません。報酬は画像上の表示のみで、支払いの仲介や履行の保証は行いません。
2. 写真と記録の共有
使用する写真や文章の権利をご確認ください。人物の顔、住所の手がかり、他人の個人情報などを含めないよう、共有前にプレビューをご確認ください。
3. データの保管
記録と写真は端末に保存します。機種変更や端末の故障に備え、設定からバックアップを書き出して保管してください。Bluearrowでは記録を保管していないため、失われたデータを復元できません。
4. 提供・更新の終了
アプリの提供や更新を終了する場合は、原則として30日前までに公式サポートページでお知らせします。終了後もアプリが動作する範囲で端末内の記録を閲覧できますが、将来のOSへの対応や動作の継続を保証するものではありません。
5. お問い合わせ
不具合の際は、端末名・OS・アプリのバージョンと、発生した操作をお知らせください。写真、バックアップファイル、個人情報を含む記録は、最初のお問い合わせには添付しないでください。

Backups and changing phones
- In Settings, choose Export backup and save the ZIP outside the app.
- On your new phone, choose Import backup and open the saved ZIP.
- Check how many records will be added, then tap Import.
Importing adds records. Records with the same ID are skipped, keeping the current version. It does not roll existing records back to an older version.
The ZIP is not encrypted and includes photos, finder names and notes. Original photo EXIF metadata, such as location information, may remain. Choose carefully where you save backups and who you share them with.
The app does not provide cloud sync or automatic backups. Whether app data is included in system backups or phone transfers also depends on your device settings.
Changing the display language
In Settings, use Language / 言語 to choose Use device language, 日本語 or English. With Use device language, the app displays Japanese if your preferred language is Japanese, and English otherwise. Saved item names and notes are not translated.
No login, server, ads or in-app purchases.

1. What the app does
Runaway Stuff records missing items and creates wanted poster images. It does not locate or track objects, connect owners with finders, or mediate searches. Rewards are for display only. The app does not handle payments or guarantee that a reward will be given.
2. Photos and sharing
Make sure you have permission to use the photos and text you add. Check the preview before sharing to avoid exposing faces, clues to an address or other people’s personal information.
3. Keeping your records
Records and photos are stored on your device. Export a backup from Settings before changing phones or in case your device fails. Bluearrow does not keep your records and cannot recover lost data.
4. Ending distribution or updates
If we end distribution or updates, we will generally provide at least 30 days’ notice on the official support page. Local records may remain accessible while the app still works, but continued operation or support for future operating systems is not guaranteed.
5. Contact
For an issue, tell us your device model, operating system, app version and the steps that caused it. Please do not attach photos, backup files or records containing personal information to your first message.
